Testimonial 42 block design & features
Testimonial42 is a testimonial carousel built with Shadcn UI and the same photo-card pattern as testimonial41, but arranged for a marketing layout that reads from the left. The section headline sits in a capped-width column aligned to the start of the container, with prev and next buttons on the same row on medium screens and up, stacked below the headline on narrow viewports with the arrows aligned to the trailing edge.
Four cards appear at once from the large breakpoint onward by quarter-width slides, stepping down to three columns on medium, two on small, and nearly one card on the narrowest widths. Square portrait images sit above trimmed quote copy and Role plus company attribution. Gradient overlays soften the carousel edges similarly to testimonial41 so side cards dissolve into the page background rather than clipping hard.
Compared with testimonial41, this block swaps center alignment for a left-weighted headline and controls, shifts the carousel to start alignment so the track reads in document order, and tightens horizontal density for extra columns on desktop. Styling stays flat and restrained with bordered cards.
The carousel still loops continuously. Fade strips use theme-aware background tokens so contrast holds in dark and light themes.
