Shadcnblocks would not exist without the incredible work of shadcn/ui, Tailwind CSS, Radix UI and the broader ecosystem. Here are some of our open source contributions.

About 80% of our hires come from the shadcn ecosystem — we recruit people already doing open source work in the community.
We formed the UI Collective — a group of professional template creators and businesses — and wrote a charter on ethics and copyright for the ecosystem.
