Team 53 block design & features
Team53 is a founder-quote team split built with shadcn/ui layout primitives. The left column holds an uppercase label, a serif blockquote, a circular founder avatar with name and role, and a short note under a hairline. The right column has a heading and an eight-person grid of square portraits.
The quote uses serif type at a larger size than the roster labels. The left column stays sticky on large screens. Photos sit in rounded frames with light rings. Static.
This is an editorial about-the-company roster rather than an even card grid. Complexity is moderate and mixed: one long quote plus a photo-led supporting grid. The sticky quote is the distinctive structure.
On smaller screens the quote stacks above a two-column photo grid that becomes four columns from the small breakpoint up.
