Application Shell 38 block design & features
ApplicationShell38 is a pull request review application shell built with Shadcn UI. The top bar has a menu, the logo, an organisation and repository breadcrumb, notifications and the user avatar.
A sticky pull request header shows the title and number, an Open status badge, the author, the target and source branches with a copy button, Edit and a Review changes menu (Comment, Approve, Request changes). Below it, tabs for Conversation, Commits, Checks and Files changed carry count badges, and a diff stat sits on the right.
On large screens a changed-files tree with a filter sits on the left. The main area shows skeleton diff cards with added and removed lines and a Unified and Split toggle. On small screens the file tree hides and the tabs scroll horizontally.
