About38 is a split about hero built with shadcn/ui. The top band places a large headline, supporting paragraph, and outline button on the left and two stacked 4:3 culture photos on the right. Below that, two titled columns hold longer story copy.
The page stays light with dark type. Photos use large rounded corners and fill their cell. Body copy is muted. Gaps between the split and the story columns are generous. The block is static.
This is a straightforward company intro rather than an off-grid collage. It keeps the headline next to a pair of office photographs and lets the two columns carry the written story. Complexity is low and mixed: you need a headline, two photographs, and two titled writeups.
On small screens the photos stack under the intro and the story columns become a single column.
