Team 71 block design & features
The block opens with a heading, a paragraph and an outlined Button linking to all open roles. Below it, a grid of tall portraits shows the team with names and roles.
The grid ends with placeholder cards for roles that are still open. Each has a dashed border, a large You? and an arrow, with the role title and team underneath like any other member. On hover the border darkens and the arrow fills.
Putting the vacancies inside the team grid makes hiring feel like part of the company story rather than a separate page. It works for start-ups and small teams that are always recruiting.
The grid shows four columns on desktop, three on tablets and two on mobile.
