Team 5 block design & features
Team5 is a team card section built with shadcn/ui card and badge components. A centered heading, description, and Explore Careers button introduce the grid. Each card includes an avatar with initials fallback, name, role, department badge, short description, and a row of expertise badges. A second careers CTA repeats below the grid.
Soft bordered cards with light backdrop blur and hover shadow. Department and expertise badges create a tag-like secondary layer under the bio. Spacing is open between cards. Static aside from hover shadow.
This feels like a hiring-aware about page roster rather than a minimal avatar strip. Moderate complexity and strongly content-driven: departments, bios, expertise lists, and CTA links.
Cards move from one column to two on medium screens and three on large screens.
