Team 43 block design & features
Team43 is an inverted crew grid built with shadcn/ui theme tokens. A centered uppercase label, large heading, and short line sit above six circular avatars. Each person has a name and role under a ringed photo that scales slightly on hover.
The section uses a foreground fill so type and rings flip to the background color. Spacing is open. There are no cards or borders around people, only avatar rings. Motion is a light hover scale.
The mood is serious and remote-first rather than a light marketing roster. Complexity is low and content-driven: six photos plus titles. The inverted surface is the main distinction from a standard avatar grid.
The grid is two columns on small screens and three from the small breakpoint up.
