Team 41 block design & features
Team41 is a member card grid built with shadcn/ui buttons. A centered heading and short line introduce a six-cell grid. Five cells are people with circular avatars, names, and roles. The last cell is a dashed hiring tile with an arrow mark, short copy, and an outline button.
Member tiles use solid borders and card fill. The hiring tile uses a dashed border and muted wash so it reads as an open slot. Density is compact. Interaction is limited to the roles link.
The pattern is a small-team roster with a built-in careers prompt. Complexity is simple and mixed: avatars and labels plus one CTA card. It stands out from a plain avatar grid because the empty slot is part of the layout.
The grid is two columns on small screens and three from the small breakpoint up.
