Team 38 block design & features
Team38 is a three-card founder row built with Shadcn UI badges. A centered heading and short line introduce three equal profile cards. Each card holds a large circular avatar, name, role, and a pill department badge.
Cards sit on a standard background with hairline borders and a soft avatar shadow. Spacing is generous inside each card. Type stays compact under the photo. Static, with no links or hover motion.
The look is a small founding-team set rather than a dense directory. Complexity is simple and content-driven: three avatars plus short labels. The badge is the only extra metadata beyond name and role.
Cards stack on small screens and sit in a centered row from the small breakpoint up.
