Hero 89 block design & features
Hero89 is a split hero built with shadcn/ui. The text column keeps a tight headline, recruiter-style supporting copy, and a pill-shaped filled button. The media column shows a rounded rectangular image that flattens its outer radius on the trailing edge so it hugs the viewport, and a sketched arrow SVG sits astride the seam on large breakpoints to point from copy toward the photograph.
Borders around the image tile add crisp separation from the page background while the arrow remains an organic contrast to the boxy frame. Type uses semibold display sizes with a smaller body line for approachability.
Overall the block feels editorial and human, good for talent or culture messaging. It is a moderate layout: two zones, one embellishment, no carousels or video. Replace placeholder art and refine CTA text for your hiring funnel.
The flex direction swaps on smaller screens so messaging leads and the photo follows; the arrow hides on compact widths to avoid clutter.
