Hero 340 block design & features
Hero340 is an image wall hero built with shadcn/ui. Five columns of portrait photographs fill a tall full-width section, and an oversized headline with a mono subheading sits on top of them. The headline is set in white over a soft dark vignette, so it stays legible above any photo.
As the page scrolls, alternate columns drift up and down at different rates, and the headline scales up slightly. Portraits rest dimmed and grayscale so the type stands out, and return to full brightness and color on hover.
It is bold and editorial, suited to festivals, communities, casting, or team pages with many faces. It is image-heavy, needing around twenty portrait photographs, but simple to fill.
On smaller screens the wall drops to four and then three columns.
