Hero 317 block design & features
Hero317 places copy on the left and media on the right inside a contained two-column grid. When byline text is provided, it renders as a rounded kicker pill above the headline rather than beside the buttons, giving the text column a product-update or announcement rhythm. Dual Shadcn UI buttons follow the description.
The main image is a bordered four-to-three crop with top-weighted cropping. The inset square sits outside the top-right corner of the main photo, a corner choice that differs from the more common bottom inset placements in sibling blocks.
This variant adds hierarchy through the kicker and changes inset placement without introducing bleed or heavy decoration. Complexity is moderate and mostly content-driven.
Responsive behavior collapses to a single column with top padding reserved on the media side so the top-right inset remains visible above the main image edge.
