Shadcn UI Cta Block
A two-column layout built with shadcn/ui that places the heading and description on the left and a pair of action buttons on the right. On smaller screens the columns stack vertically. A bottom border closes the section and provides visual grounding.
The design is minimal and flat with no card, no background color, and no surface elevation. The bottom border is the only decorative element, keeping the section lightweight. Text is left-aligned, and the buttons sit flush against the right edge on desktop, creating a balanced horizontal tension.
