Careers3 is a category-driven listing built with shadcn/ui badges and plain anchors, iterating groups such as Engineering and Marketing with several roles each. Each entry is a block link with bold title, muted one-liner, and a MapPin line for office or remote strings.
The layout is vertical rhythm with borders between items, no cards, and understated hover underlines on titles. Density is high because each category can include many openings under one badge.
