Careers 16 block design & features
Careers16 is a featured-plus-groups careers block built with Shadcn UI badges. The priority seat stacks a wide workplace photograph above the title, brief, and apply action. Under it, openings are grouped by team. Each group is a panel with that team's room as a background photograph, faded toward the page so the role names stay readable.
Engineering, design, product, and marketing each keep their own photograph. Role titles sit in a short list with the city and schedule. The featured photograph is a full-width crop on top of its card, separate from the group panels.
This is a category-background variation. Complexity is moderate and image-driven. You need one wide photograph for the featured seat and one room photograph for each team that has openings.
On small screens the featured photograph stays full width, and each team panel stacks with its list.
