Careers 15 block design & features
Careers15 is a featured-plus-list careers block built with shadcn/ui badges. The priority seat places an office photograph beside the title, the city badge, and the brief. Supporting openings are full-width rows. Each row leads with a square photograph of that city, then the role, the location, and the department.
The city is the first piece of meta on every row, ahead of the team name. The featured photograph is a contained crop with rounded corners, not a fade behind the type. Hairlines separate the rows.
This is a location-led variation. Complexity is moderate and image-driven. You need one office photograph for the featured city and a distinct photograph for each other city on the list.
On small screens the featured photograph stacks above the brief, and the location thumbnails stay on the left of each row.
