Careers 12 block design & features
Careers12 is a filterable careers grid built with shadcn/ui tabs and badges. A left-aligned heading sits above a wrapping tab row for every department plus an all option. Selecting a tab shows matching role cards. Each card carries a department badge, title, location, and schedule.
Cards use hairline borders and card fill. The tab list wraps instead of collapsing into a select. Filtering packs remaining cards to the top while a hidden spacer keeps the full-roster height, so the section below does not jump.
The feel is an internal jobs board more than a marketing hero. Complexity is moderate and content-driven: roles must be tagged by department. Tabs are the distinctive control versus a static list or a dropdown filter.
The grid is one column, then two, then three on large screens.
