Careers 10 block design & features
Careers10 is a split careers listing built with shadcn/ui badges and buttons. A sticky left column holds a heading, supporting copy, and three icon-led benefits. The right column is a muted, rounded box with a hairline-divided list of openings. Each row shows the role title, a department badge, location, schedule, and an outline view action.
Icons sit beside short benefit lines rather than inside cards. The listing panel is the only filled surface, so the roster reads as a directory next to the story.
This is a moderate, content-driven split rather than a single-column list. You need a short culture pitch plus a set of roles with department and location. The sticky column is the difference from a heading stacked above the same list.
On large screens the intro stays in view while the list scrolls. Narrow viewports stack the benefits above the rows.
