Blogpost 31 block design & features
Blogpost31 closes an article with one featured story and a short list, built with shadcn/ui Avatar. A heading sits above two columns. On one side, a large card shows a landscape cover, the category and read time, a big linked title, a summary, and the author's avatar, name, and date. On the other, three posts stack in a divided list, each with a category, linked title, date and read time on the left and a square thumbnail on the right.
Styling is editorial and image-led. The featured cover has rounded corners and dims slightly on hover, while the list rows are separated by hairlines with no card surfaces. Every card is clickable across its whole area, and the title underlines on hover or keyboard focus.
The mix of one large story and a few quick picks feels like a magazine's "more stories" section rather than a uniform grid. Complexity is low. It needs four posts with cover images, and the featured one should have a summary and author.
The two columns stack on smaller screens, with the featured post first.
