Blogpost 25 block design & features
Blogpost25 is a reading-focused article with a settings toolbar, built with shadcn/ui Avatar and ToggleGroup components. The header shows the category and read time, headline, summary, and an author row with date. A toolbar the same width as the article holds two segmented controls, one for text size and one for a narrow or wide column, and the prose below responds to each choice.
The toolbar is a bordered bar with outlined segments at either end, and it sticks near the top of the screen while the article scrolls. The size control shows the letter A at three sizes. Changing the column width animates the article and the toolbar together, so the bar always lines up with the text edges.
Reader settings are more common in e-reader and read-later apps than on blogs, which makes this a distinctive take on a single post. Complexity is moderate and entirely code-driven. It needs only the shared article content, and the settings are local state that resets on reload.
On small screens the control labels hide so both groups fit on one row.
