Blogpost 22 block design & features
Blogpost22 is an editorial article layout built with the Shadcn UI Avatar component. A left-aligned category label, an oversized headline, and a summary sit across the top, then a hairline rule divides the page into a narrow meta column and a wide prose column. The meta column holds the author avatar, linked name, role, short bio, the published date and reading time as a labeled list, and a stacked list of share links with icons.
The style is typographic and quiet. There is no feature image, so the large title carries the top of the page, and the meta column uses small muted text separated by thin rules. The meta column stays pinned beside the article on large screens while the essay scrolls.
The margin column recalls long-form newspaper and magazine sites more than a typical blog template, and it puts the author bio next to the writing instead of after it. Complexity is low to moderate. It needs a real author bio, and the share links come from the shared article data.
Below large breakpoints the meta column moves above the article, with the date and reading time side by side and the share links in a single wrapping row.
