Blog 80 block design & features

Blog80 is a six-post blog grid built with Shadcn UI styling, laid out in three rows of two under a heading and description. Each post shows a 16:9 cover, an uppercase category label, a title, a three-line excerpt, and the publish date on its own line at the bottom.

An open layout with no card chrome: rounded covers on a muted well, then text. Titles are a step smaller than in the two-post rows so six items do not feel heavy. Meta stays minimal, a small uppercase category above and a muted tabular date below, and the dates line up across each row because they pin to the bottom. Hover dims the cover and underlines the title as separate targets.

Quiet, archive-like, and evenly weighted. It is the fuller sibling of the two-post row, trading read time for density. The structure is simple and the effort is in the content: six covers and summaries.
