Blog 54 block design & features
Blog54 is a two-column author-forward blog grid built with shadcn/ui card surfaces. A label and heading introduce four linked cards. Each card includes a 16:9 cover, category, title, clamped excerpt, then a footer with round avatar, name, role, clock icon, and read time.
Cards use even padding and bordered rounded shells with a light hover shadow. Bylines sit at the bottom so photography and titles stay dominant. Roles are smaller and muted under the author name.
The pattern is a standard two-up grid with a stronger people row than a date-only footer. Complexity is moderate and content-driven: you need author photos and roles in addition to post copy.
On small screens the grid stacks to a single column.
