Blog 44 block design & features
Blog44 is a timeline-style blog index built with Shadcn UI layout primitives and no card chrome. A section heading and short description sit above a single-column feed where a vertical border acts as the timeline rail. Each entry shows a prominent date line, a muted category label, a linked title, and a supporting excerpt beneath it.
The visual language stays flat and editorial: hairline timeline stroke and typography that separates dates from titles without badges or photography. Hover shifts title color toward the primary accent while the rail structure stays static, so chronology remains the dominant scan pattern.
Overall this reads as a restrained, documentation-friendly archive layout with moderate complexity. You supply a heading, description, and an array of posts with dates, categories, titles, excerpts, and URLs. The timeline pattern is less common than card grids, which makes the vertical rail a distinctive choice for chronological reading lists.
On narrow screens the timeline inset tightens slightly while the feed stays single column; there is no sidebar or image grid to reflow.
