A plain heading and one line of description sit above a ruled list of five articles. Each row shows its date, its title and its category on a single line.
One row is always open. Hovering or focusing another row opens it and closes the last: the row grows smoothly to reveal the article summary, the author and read time, a "Read article" link and a 16:9 photo, and its title darkens while the closed rows' titles stay muted. The whole row is a link.
On mobile the category is hidden and the photo sits below the summary. Reduced motion opens rows without the height animation.
