Application Shell 24 block design & features
ApplicationShell24 is a wiki and docs shell built with Shadcn UI. The sidebar has a workspace button, quick links for Search, Ask AI, Home and Inbox, then Favorites, Private and Shared page groups. Pages with children expand and collapse, each page has an emoji icon, and hover actions add sub-pages or open a more menu.
Settings and Trash sit in the sidebar footer. The header shows the page path as a breadcrumb, when the page was last edited, overlapping collaborator avatars and Share, comments, favorite and more actions.
The page body is drawn with skeleton shapes: a cover band, an overlapping icon tile, a title, property pills, paragraphs, a heading, a bullet list and an embed block in a readable centred column.
On small screens the sidebar closes off-canvas, the breadcrumb shows only the current page and the edited time and avatars hide.
