Application Shell 19 block design & features
ApplicationShell19 is a full application shell built with shadcn/ui. The left sidebar has a team switcher for Shadcnblocks and Shadcnblocks.com, primary links, a favorites list, collapsible workspaces, and a utility group pinned at the bottom. The center column is a narrow document area with a sticky title header and two muted placeholders. The right sidebar shows the user menu, a month calendar, grouped calendar lists with checkboxes, and a new-calendar action.
Both sidebars use the default sidebar surface. The center column is narrower than the sidebars and sits on the page background. The calendar is compact, and checked calendars use the sidebar primary color in a small square. Team and account menus are the only overlays.
This is an elaborate, content-driven shell. The two rails plus a reading column is less common than a single sidebar. A developer needs teams, primary and utility links, favorite titles, workspace pages, a user avatar, and named calendars.
Below the large breakpoint the right sidebar is hidden, and the left sidebar collapses off-canvas behind the header trigger.
