Application Shell 18 block design & features
ApplicationShell18 is a full application shell built with Shadcn UI. The main column comes first: a header with a breadcrumb and a sidebar trigger at the trailing edge, then a row of muted preview panels and a large content placeholder. The sidebar sits on the right, opens with the Shadcnblocks logo and name, and lists an on-this-page outline, with section titles and nested links under each one.
The right rail is a full-height surface with a hairline against the content. Outline rows are text-only, with the current link marked active. The header stays short and left-aligned, and the trigger points back toward the rail. Placeholder panels use a muted fill on the page background.
This is a standard shell flipped so the outline follows the content instead of leading it. The treatment is the usual shadcn sidebar look, without extra decoration. It is a simple, content-driven block that needs a breadcrumb and a tree of section and page titles.
On small screens the outline closes into an off-canvas panel opened from the header trigger.
