Application Shell 17 block design & features
ApplicationShell17 is a full application shell built with shadcn/ui. The sidebar is inset inside the page and contains the Shadcnblocks logo and name, a collapsible primary menu, a project list, and a short secondary group for support and feedback that sits at the bottom of the menu. A user account menu closes the sidebar. The main column has a breadcrumb header, three muted preview panels, and a large content placeholder.
The inset sidebar has rounded corners and a gap from the viewport edge, so the main area reads as a raised sheet. Icons sit on every primary and project row. Open sections reveal indented child links. The secondary rows are smaller and pinned under the scrolling menu. Surfaces stay on the default sidebar and background tokens.
This is a moderate workspace shell in the usual shadcn sidebar style, with the inset frame and the split between primary, project, and secondary links as the structure. It is content-driven: a developer needs the Shadcnblocks name, grouped navigation, a few projects, utility links, and a user name with an avatar.
The sidebar moves off-canvas on small screens, and the header keeps a trigger beside the breadcrumb.
