About 41 block design & features
About41 is an about section built with shadcn/ui on a twelve-column grid. A large headline sits on the left and a supporting paragraph on the right, in the same column width as the story paragraphs below. Four square culture photos form a tight row beneath that. Each photo fades and rises a short distance, one after another. Below the photos, three stories are set as ruled rows: an index number, a short title, and one paragraph. The third title reads Our Commitment.
The page is light and monochrome. Headings use a medium weight and tight tracking. The intro paragraph is large and dark. Story copy is muted and held to a narrow measure. Photos are square, unrounded, and separated by a small gutter. Hairlines run between the stories. The only motion is the short photo sequence.
This follows an international typographic grid: asymmetric headline, numbered rows, and rules doing the structure. It is more deliberate than a centered starter about. Complexity is moderate and mixed. You need a headline, four square photographs, and three short writeups.
On small screens the headline stacks above the paragraph, the photos form a two-by-two grid, and each story stacks number, title, then one paragraph. The fade sequence still runs left to right, then top to bottom.
