Relative Time Standard 1 component design & features

This example uses the Kibo UI RelativeTime component with a single RelativeTimeZone set to UTC. RelativeTimeZoneLabel and RelativeTimeZoneDisplay update every second from shared context.

A single-zone clock fits server timestamps, audit log headers, and global products that standardize on UTC for consistency.
