Date Picker Standard 7 component design & features

This date picker sets react-day-picker to multiple mode inside the shadcn Calendar Popover. Users toggle individual days on or off, and the trigger summarizes how many dates are selected.

Multi-day selection fits availability editors, marketing calendars, and shift planners where specific scattered days matter. It differs from range mode when selected days do not need to be consecutive.
