This date picker extends the Popover pattern with shadcn Calendar for the day and ScrollArea columns for hour and minute. The formatted trigger shows date and time together after both parts are set.
Datetime pickers suit event creation, deadline fields, and publishing tools where time matters. Use them when a date alone would be ambiguous, such as reminders or scheduled posts.
