Combobox With States 7 component design & features
This example implements a shadcn combobox using Popover, Command, and Button showing a read-only/view mode with loading skeletons, error retry, empty states, or validation feedback in a disabled state preventing interaction.
Comboboxes fit searchable selects in forms, filters, and assignment fields where the option list is too long for a standard dropdown.
