Calendar Dialog 4 component design & features
This example uses the shadcn Calendar component inside a Dialog triggered by a Button in single-date selection mode. A time Input below the calendar merges hours and minutes into the selected Date value.
Dialog calendar pickers work in forms and filters where date selection should not consume permanent page space, such as booking flows, report date filters, and scheduling modals.
