The block opens with an oversized "Resources" heading, a short description and an underlined link to browse all resources.
The featured resource sits in a soft muted panel. On the left is a full first page rendered like a preprint: serif type, the category and date, a centred title, authors and affiliation, a justified abstract, and a two-column introduction with a small line chart and caption. On the right are the date and read time, the title in large serif type, the authors, the summary and plain links to read it and download the PDF.
Below, the remaining resources appear as first-page thumbnails on muted panels, each with its title, authors and date underneath. The pages scale with container query units, so the typesetting stays proportional at any width.
On tablet the thumbnails sit two to a row, and on mobile everything stacks into a single column.
