Project List 3 block design & features
ProjectList3 is a project health list built with shadcn/ui Popover and Command. The header shows the project count, a filter control for health and team, a sort choice, and an add-project action. Rows list the project, owner, health, milestone, team, and last update under a sticky column bar.
Health reads as a short status label beside the project name. Rows are flat, with hairline dividers and small avatars for the owner. An empty state appears when the filters exclude every project, with a reset action.
This is a moderate operations list. The health and team filters are the distinctive controls: they sit in one menu instead of separate columns of checkboxes. Content-driven: it needs owners, health states, milestones, and team names for each project.
On smaller screens the column bar keeps a fixed minimum width so the row scrolls sideways.
