Our Story 6 block design & features
OurStory6 is a long-scroll our-story section built with shadcn/ui. A centered title introduces sticky century digits in a left carousel, while bordered chapter sections on the right carry optional images, taglines, and year suffixes. As chapters enter the viewport, an intersection observer advances the century carousel to match.
Editorial chapter borders and large century numerals create a historical archive feel. Images appear only where chapters need them, so typography can lead. Scroll linkage replaces manual tab clicking as the primary navigation metaphor.
An elaborate, distinctive brand-history pattern for long narratives spanning many years. Content-driven with optional image support. Complexity comes from scroll observation syncing rather than dense UI controls.
On smaller screens the century rail and chapters stack while scroll syncing continues to highlight the active era.
