The section matches the motion and tile sizing of the default-background headline-free marquee variant while the muted surface creates a visible content band between adjacent sections. Each logo sits in a wide aspect wrapper with object-contain sizing and dark-mode inversion for SVG wordmarks.
The presentation is motion-forward and typographically quiet because no title or subtitle appears above the strip. Padding stays compact so the band reads as a divider-style trust row rather than a full hero-scale section.
Compared with the plain-background sibling, this block is the same marquee mechanics with only the surface treatment changed. Complexity is moderate and content-driven because it expects a roster of partner logos rather than decorative layout code.
