Issue List 4 block design & features
IssueList4 is a priority backlog built with shadcn/ui Avatar. The header names the project and notes that the list is grouped by priority. Sections are High, Medium, Low, and No priority. Each header shows the count and collapses the rows underneath.
Rows stay on one line: the code, the title, the assignee's portrait, and the status. Planned issues read as Todo. Empty groups stay visible so the priority scale does not shift.
This is a moderate backlog. Grouping by priority is the distinctive structure. Content-driven: it needs codes, titles, status, and a priority for each issue.
On smaller screens the assignee name hides, and the title truncates.
