Inbox 7 block design & features
Inbox7 is a support inbox built with Shadcn UI Command, Scroll Area, and Drawer. The side column switches queues such as Inbox, Unassigned, Assigned, Drafts, Archived, and Spam, and a second group switches buckets such as support, bugs, and feature requests. Search opens a command palette for tickets, customers, and queues.
The middle column is the ticket list. The selected ticket opens as a conversation with a status menu and a reply field. An Inbox Agent panel shows the customer, a short read on the thread, and a suggested follow-up.
This is a helpdesk inbox. The queue column and the command palette are the distinctive controls. Content-driven: it needs a subject, a customer, a queue, and at least a short thread.
On a narrow screen the queue column collapses into a menu, and the conversation and agent each open in a drawer.
