Inbox 1 block design & features
Inbox1 is a ticket inbox built with shadcn/ui Input, Scroll Area, and Drawer. The header reads Inbox. Search matches the subject, preview, customer, and message text. Selecting a ticket opens the conversation and marks it read.
A reply field sits under the thread. An Inbox Agent panel stays open beside the conversation on a wide screen and moves into a drawer on a narrow one.
This is a support inbox. The three panes are the distinctive structure. Content-driven: it needs subjects, customers, and a short thread per ticket.
On a narrow screen the list, the conversation, and the agent each take a turn.
