Immersive 5 block design & features
Immersive5 arranges a set of photos as slices of a circle. In this shadcn/ui block, the left column holds a heading and a two-column legend of small round thumbnails with labels. The right column is a round wheel split into equal photo wedges, with a white center disc that shows a label and a short description.
Hovering a wedge, or its legend item, smoothly widens that slice to take a larger share of the circle while the others narrow, desaturate, and darken. The center disc updates with the hovered title and description, and returns to a summary when the pointer leaves.
It is an unusual, graphic way to show a cycle such as seasons, months, or stages of a process. It needs one image, title, and short description per wedge, and works best with six to eight.
