Immersive 3 block design & features
Immersive3 is a scroll-driven gallery built with shadcn/ui. The section pins in place with a heading above a row of eight tall, narrow photographs standing on a thin baseline, each with a short caption at its foot (captions are hidden on phones, where the tiles are too narrow to hold them).
Scrolling knocks the row over from left to right. Each tile tips over onto its neighbor in turn, and darkens as it falls, so the row ends up lying in a staggered pile. Scrolling back up stands them up again. A spring keeps the chain reaction smooth.
It is a fun, experimental block that rewards scrolling and suits short sets of vertical imagery such as architecture or posters. It is simple to fill, needing eight tall images and a short title for each.
