Gallery 94 block design & features
Gallery94 is a paginated masonry feed built with shadcn/ui. A heading and description sit on the left with a count of shown items on the right, above a masonry of photos in portrait, square, and landscape ratios. A slim progress bar and an outline button sit underneath.
Each photo slides up into place and sharpens from a soft blur as it finishes loading. Pressing the button shows pulsing skeleton tiles in the shapes of the next page while it loads, then swaps in the new photos, and the progress bar and count update. The button changes to a final message once everything is shown.
It is a practical pattern for community feeds, stock libraries, and portfolios with long archives. The page size and delay are easy to wire to a real API. It needs photos with a title and an aspect ratio for each.
On mobile the masonry drops to two columns.
