Gallery 89 block design & features
Gallery89 lays a looping row of photos along a curve. In this Shadcn UI block, a centered heading and description sit above a full-width row of portrait images with small captions. Images near the edges drop lower and tilt outward, so the row reads as an arc.
The row drifts slowly on its own and loops endlessly. Dragging moves it directly, a flick carries on with momentum, and the curve deepens with speed before relaxing back on a spring once the row slows down. Drift resumes after a short pause.
It is fluid and playful, a lightweight take on curved WebGL galleries built entirely with transforms. It needs a set of portrait images with short titles, and card spacing adapts to the screen width.
