Gallery 83 block design & features
Gallery83 hangs a set of photos on a line. In this shadcn/ui block, a serif heading sits above a thin string that sags across the section, with six polaroid-style prints pinned along it. Each print has a white mat, a square photo, and an italic serif caption in the wider bottom margin.
The prints sway slowly from their pins at slightly different rates, as if in a breeze. Dragging one sideways swings it on a loose spring, and releasing it lets it fall back into place with a wobble. The pins follow the curve of the string so every print hangs from the right height.
It is warm and playful, with a handmade, summer-holiday mood that suits personal portfolios, event recaps, and community pages. It needs square photos with short captions. On narrow screens the prints overlap more closely, which adds to the collage feel.
