Gallery 76 block design & features
Gallery76 combines a feature image with a dock. This Shadcn UI block shows a large 16:9 photo with a gradient overlay holding a small series title, the image title, and its location. Under it, a frosted dock holds a row of square thumbnails.
Thumbnails grow as the pointer approaches and shrink as it moves away, on a spring, in the style of a desktop app dock. Clicking a thumbnail crossfades the main image with a gentle zoom, and a small dot marks the selected item.
The block feels polished and familiar, a playful twist on a thumbnail strip for photo series and product angles. It needs landscape photos with a title and location for each.
On narrow screens the dock scrolls sideways.
