Gallery 73 block design & features
Gallery73 is a draggable moodboard built with shadcn/ui. A heading with a short drag hint sits above a large rounded canvas filled with scattered portrait photos of different sizes. The board is larger than its frame, so dragging pans around to reveal the edges.
Every photo follows the drag on its own spring with different stiffness and damping, so the board stretches, wobbles, and settles back into shape when released. Panning is clamped to the board's edges.
It is playful and tactile, suited to moodboards, creative agencies, and lookbooks. Positions and sizes are set per image as percentages of the board, so it is easy to rearrange. It needs around fifteen images.
